Big Sam Nation organized the inaugural edition of M.A.D UNLEASHED on April 26, 2019, at the T.I. Francis Auditorium, Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA). The event had 526 guests in attendance. The second edition was planned for 2020 but was suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was eventually held on February 20, 2022, at Grand Otad Hotel, Ilesha-Benin Expressway, Akure, Ondo State, and had 720 guests in attendance. These events featured exceptional performances from various comedians, dancers, and musicians from across the country, including Red bull’s King Davinci, Yebolistic, Sarah bhlack, Bally Queen, Bboy we, MC Willymouth, MC Flex, Tobi shark, Khash, Damifresh, and others.
This year, M.A.D UNLEASHED 3.0 will be hosting its first tour edition in two states, Lagos State and Ondo State. The event will hold on June 10 and July 23, respectively. The upcoming event and tour will showcase exceptional local and international performers in dance and comedy, presenting a wide range of styles such as contemporary, ballet, hip-hop, improvisation, and more. The audience will have the opportunity to interact with and enjoy performances by renowned personalities in the entertainment and comedy industry. These include Big Brother Nigeria Season 7 housemate Hermes, Energy King, MC Rhelax, comedian Josh2Funny, MC Pashun from “My Flatmate”, and many other talented individuals.
